SME V gloop trough

Does anyone have an idea where I can buy the gloop, ( silicone I believe.), which resides in the small trough on the arm assembly? 5 cc is about a zillion pounds.

I had to pay about £30.00 for the arm lift device on the headshell a very small strip of stainless bent to shape but not well finished.

Your sage advice will be appreciated.

Not sure of the post brexit meltdown exchange rate on zillions but you can get it on eBay from U.K. For about £15 or even less from china etc. Search for silicone damping fluid

Search for silicon diff oil, pay no more than 5 quid for a bottle. Try remote control car sellers. 3k cct is a good weight to try.

Look for model car suspension gloop, comes in different thicknesses too. Worked well for my townshend turntable trough
