  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

[WTD] SLR or Bridge Camera

    Hi
    My very elderly father in law has broken the screen on his camera and is looking for a replacement, priced under £200
    He has very shaky hands and has doesn’t use the camera very much but loves taking pictures and talking about photography.
    Needless to say it needs to be relatively bomb proof !!
    Has anyone got something suitable , including battery, charger , cards etc ?
    I live in Stockport and could pick up if closes enough

    …… I forgot to mention that it needs to be very easy to use. He constantly fiddles with the settings !!
