This is one hell of a lens - build quality is staggeringly good and images are beautiful. Nice range too, with that bit of extra reach over a **-70 (or 85) zoom.
Why am I selling it though? It was a toss-up between this or moving my 70-200 f4 VR on. I think I just prefer primes are shorter lengths so am lookign at getting the Nikon 16-35 instead (I have the 50-1.8G and 85-1.8D to give me mid-range).
This Sigma is in virtually new condition, hardly been used in fact, and was bought new from LCE Lincoln when I got the D700 2 or 3 months ago. All original packaging - I haven't yet filled in the Sigma warranty card. Will also include a Hoya UV Digital filter (82mm) and Jacobs polarizer.
New, these retail (from UK dealers) for around £650-670 - I'll sell mine for SOLD including RMSD in the UK.
