Sgt Pepper inner sleeve question

Does anyone know if the swirly red/pink/white inner sleeve on Sgt Pepper was specifically for that record or if it was a generic Parlophone inner at the time. I bought a Decca record from a charity shop yesterday that had this inner.

Seemed strange. Never seen it anywhere other than in Sgt Pepper before despite 30 years of trawling record/charity shops for LPs.

It was part of a design done for Sgt Pepper by The Fool. As far as I remember it was the only part of their design retained which is a shame.

Glad I picked up the 50p LP that had the mint swirly inner with it then! Wonder why someone swapped it from their Sgt Pepper to a crappy Decca Stereo Sound sampler LP?

I only have a 1970s EMI version of Sgt Pepper on vinyl. It now has a nice inner sleeve to replace the plain white one it came with!
