Seefeel - Rupt and Flex (1994 - 96)

I missed the first pressing but I have a pre-order in for the 4CD set of remasters of Seefeel's early work (Succour, (Ch-Vox), Starethrough EP, Fractured/Tied, + rarities/bonus tracks). The CDs have been delayed but FLAC/WAV downloads are already available for those who have pre-ordered. I'm listening to Succour now and it has never sounded better IMO.

For vinyl, each album has been released separately:

Highly recommended.

As an aside, I need to know what Autechre did to the beat in their remix of "Spangle". On my nearfield studio monitors, at least, it sounds like it is emanating from inside my head...the strangest experience and I've never heard anything like it before. In age-old audiophile practice, my wife has confirmed the experience.

Must dig out my EPs. I know I've got the white vinyl Plainsong, the pure impure cd, but also a green vinyl EP and white label that was being sold at a gig (from memory supporting Chapterhouse at the Marquee). Neither of those two appear on discogs. Been really enjoying listening to all the re-releases.

Turns out the green vinyl is the more like space ep

and the white label is this one

Will have to see what condition all these are in!
