Schoolboy error

Whilst on holiday I accidently shot a number of rolls of Acros at 400 asa.

I've had a trawl through the net and can only find the following rule for how to process this film pushed 3 stops: take the standard development time and multiply by 4.5 (http://www.digitaltruth.com/devchart.php?doc=pushproc).

Does anyone out there have any experience of doing this with Xtol?

cheers,

Haddock

100asa @400 is two stops not 3
I did the same once -Try 18minutes at 1+1
it gets very contrasty if pushed though.

Thanks Pete,

I'm just getting round to developing these now. They're coming out contrasty/dark as you predicted. Is it possible to lighten them by shortening or extending the development time?
