Sample rate 32000 not supported?

Darth Vader

From the Dark Side
I'm fairly new to 'computer' music but have managed to rip 200 or so CDs to FLAC with dbpoweramp and played back ok using Foobar under Windoze xp on a lappytop.

OK I'm told that the rips will sound uber better using a MAC and proper super duper bit perfect software into my Weiss DAC.

So I spend 2 months playing with Mac Mini and OSX 10.6.6 and a right pain its been too.

However to the software a) Pure Music - unfortunately it only uses iTunes that insists that you do as it says so thats PM out as I can't stand iTunes b) Amarra that lets me set up a playlist wahay. Now I ripped all 6 of Imogen Coopers Shubert using dbpoweramp and these played through Foobar on a lappy. Enter Amarra top pro software costing hundreds of our nice crisp English pound notes and it sticks two fingers up at some tracks with a message 'sample rate 32000 not supported'. How have a got this sample rate on a few tracks all ripped at the same time?

Anyone got a clue?

Cheers,

DV

PS the sound is very very very clear and dynamic with Amarra and Weiss.
