Now available after over two years in development, the RSL Phono-Stage brings you hi-end turntable sound quality at a down-to-earth price. By using plug-in boards, it can accommodate either a MM or MC cartridge and can be converted from one to the other at a future time if desired. The RSL Phono-Stage comes complete with a separate linear power supply and custom cable to connect them. Compact and attractive, this stand-alone system will fit into almost any hifi system configuration.

The RSL Phono-Stage is big on features, sound quality and value that you have come to expect from Ryan Sound Lab, including:
- Guaranteed RIAA equalization to better than +/- 0.3db for the most accurate sound.
- Extremely low noise for both MC and MM versions.

The MC version has these additional features:
+ Uses "current mode" input (sometimes called "DrT" or "phono enhancer") for incredibly realistic sound. Nothing is lost in "compensation" resistors.
+ User adjustable gain to cover the low-output moving coil cartridge internal impedance range of 3 to 40 ohms.
+ Gain range approximately 58db min to 69db max. (cartridge dependent)
+16 power supply regulators in a 3-tiered system for superb sound clarity.
The MM version has these additional features:
+ Industry standard 47k input resistance (other values available at no additional cost if desired).
+ User adjustable input capacitance 47pf to 367pf in small steps for optimizing cartridge peaking
+ User adjustable gain of 40db +/- 3db (other gain values available at no additional cost if desired).
+12 power supply regulators in a 3-tiered system for superb sound clarity.
