[WTD] Road bike - small medium frame around 52cm

Looking for a reasonable road bike for my lad, he has joined the local tri team and is still using a 48cm bike I bought him 6 years ago.
Something with 105 gear set or a newer Tiagra (or SRAM equivalent) would be nice.
Needs to last him a few years and not something that's on its last legs please.
Based around Nottingham/Leicestershire would be perfect.

He is 170cm tall.

Generally in great condition. bike fully working. The Bike Shed. Wheel size 26" Adult size. Wheel size 16" usually for age 5 to 9. Wheel size 20" usually age 6 to 10. Wheel size 24" usually age 10 to 15.

Update
Found him this one.

Purchased from a bike enthusiast with many cycles.
Well-looked after. Shimano 105 running gear, FSA crank.
Needs new tyres ideally. And some pedals.
Got it for £350.
