Hey guys
Our outdoor bluetooth speaker is dead - plug it in to recharge and nada. More than likely the battery inside is ok, the fault being with the switchmode PSU - its a captive lead-to-plug affair.
Tried the Riva site, they don't sell spare parts. Great/
The UK importer doesnt answer the fone or reply to emails.
Does anyone know if they are still actively trading in UK/USA/worldwide?
