Replacement lid for Technics SL-150?

I'm in need of a nice lid for an SL-150 in the hope of being able to introduce it as the living room turntable.

Has anybody found any that slot on or can be made to fit as a genuine item will be unnobtainable.

The best bit is the SME 3009 with Shure M75B attached all set up and ready to play!

Although looking at the stylus I can't tell what shape it is underneath the grime...maybe time for an upgrade to elliptical.

Lids from SL1400, 1500, 1600, 1700 .... and all that range fit. The lift off hinges are far more superior compared to the crude SL150 with screw slots. And the lids are thick acrylic whereas the SL150 lids feel more like polycabonate. I use my SL150 Mk1 with a lid from a SL1400 Mk2. I had to drill 4 tiny holes in the back of the plinth for SL1400 hinges.

SL1200 lids are the correct size but I don't know about the hinges.

Cheers, that's good to know as I was wary of getting one from something else in the hope it would fit.

Would rather not drill bit it's not pristine so I guess no great loss. Will keep an eye out for one of those you've suggested.

Thanks for the help!
