Radio 3 broadcasting in FLAC

I can't find this plug-in.

What version of LMS server are you on?

And can you tell me what repositories you link to, to get this plugin? (If indeed that is where the plugin comes from)

Ihave been trying with:

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pro...lease-repo.xml

but I get a redirection error. (I've also tried changing the "http" to "https" as suggest elsewhere, but no success)

I'm at work, so I can't check my LMS version, but I think it works on 7.8 and 7.9 anyway. You do need a specific repository - it's all set out on the slimdevices forum - if you can find that, you should be able to sort it. Otherwise I can look it up for you this evening.
 
Working now - sounds very nice on current song recital. Shame it will end soon. Lets hope it becomes permanent soon.

Unfortunately I read about this but didn't have time to try it out (on computer or via LMS/Squeezebox) during the trial. Hope to get myself in gear for the Proms.

On the Friends of R3 forum (which I have tried to join but can't get a response), someone had reported on the fabulous LSO/Roth Bruckner 4 concert on 25th.

I captured this on FM and from iPlayer and would love to do a comparison to see if my ears can detect the quality differences.

Did anyone here catch that concert - or maybe have access to the FoR3 forum and could ask there for me?

Just on the iPlayer- live now, the Prague Spring Festival- Barenboim is conducting the VPO in Smetana's Má vlast. It doesn't get any better than this.

I heard most of the broadcast, I thought it was going to disappoint like so many Ma Vlast`s but it turned out splendid as you say.

I also thought that for a non Czech to conduct the Vienna Philharmonic doing Ma Vlast for the opening concert of the Prague Spring Festival was extremely brave and brought great credit to all concerned.
 
Now started back up again. There is another BBC poll relating to this, linked to on the slimdevices forum thread for the BBC iPlayer plugin, on whether you can tell and whether it should continue.
