When engineers at Audio-Hungary were trying to get the measurements for their amplifiers as perfect as possible, László Fábián (Executive Director) decided to train the ears of the engineers by exposing them to natural sound via live symphony concerts. That’s the kind of bold and different thinking that has led the company’s Qualiton brand of tube amplifiers and preamplifiers to quickly gain recognition in the European high-end audiophile market

"The complement of tubes can be hidden beneath a well ventilated tube cage. The quality of the paint on the chassis and cage is exemplary, matching the best I've seen in the industry. I received the silver automotive paint iteration, though black with an electrostatic powder coating is also available. The visual execution of the amplifier would be fitting for a piece of art,"
"The Qualiton A75 is a compelling offer to buy, simplify, and just enjoy. Have great sound without having to give up so much real estate while retaining some visual beauty. It's an opportunity to bask in the joy of an evolved system. Instead of studying reviews of amplifiers to determine what your next audio purchase should be. Maybe what's next is to continue exploring new music or it's immersing yourself more deeply into your record collection or taking friends to your desert island system and basking in the full glory of what you've constructed. Audio Hungary's Qualiton A75 could be that. Highly recommended."

"Meanwhile, the Qualiton A75 played this album in such a way that my limbs were constantly tapping the rhythm and my head was bobbing from side to side. Great PRAT (tempo, rhythm and timing) was important here, but an equally important role was played by the fact that the fast, strong, quite low-reaching bass was never dry or dispassionate. On the contrary, the amplifier took care of its appropriate saturation, appropriate temperature and timbre, and a very delicate, but increasing the naturalness of the sound (and listening pleasure) softness and fleshiness of the low tones. At the same time, they were saturated with a large dose of energy, and at the same time, which is not a contradiction in relation to the natural softness and fleshiness, they remained sufficiently compact and fast, which resulted in the mentioned very good PRAT."
"Already on this album you could hear how perfectly the A75 combines the speed and energy of playing with its saturation. On the one hand, it was impossible to criticize the purity and transparency of this sound, on the other hand, the "tube" density and saturation were impressive. Large, three-dimensional virtual sources were created by combining (not exaggerated, natural) contours with excellent filling. The foreground was shown close, but without pushing it in front of the line of columns. The density, saturation, dynamics and high energy of the sound made the musicians and vocalists seem close and almost tangible, making it so easy to establish close contact with them and the music they played, and get involved in a given musical event."
"The A75 showed that it is not an amplifier that imposes its own character on the recordings, but rather tries to reproduce as faithfully as possible what was actually recorded in a given recording."
"Great, dense, fluid midrange – yes! Excellent vocals, very good resolution, lots of information presented in a non-obtrusive, coherent way - yes! Above-average spaciousness, the ability to create the impression of the presence of performers - yes! Clean, open, airy upper part of the band – yes! Gently soft, colourful, well-differentiated bass – yes! But, somewhat contrary to stereotypes, all this is complemented by high playing energy, very good PRAT, there is enough claw in the midrange to produce great not only jazz, but also rock or blues vocals, so that you cannot break away from the performances of the best guitarists."
"Equally important, the power of the Qualiton A75 is enough to drive many loudspeakers, not only the easy-to-drive ones intended for tubes. Regardless of their selection, apart from extreme designs, of course, with this integrated you will get coherent, natural, but also energetic, highly engaging playing that will give you a lot of joy while listening to music. In my opinion, this is what our hobby is all about. Listen for yourself – in my opinion it's really worth it!"
