Quad product registration

I have recently purchased a Quad Artera Solus and would like to know if anyone has tried to register a product on the Quad website.

I have tried on the Ipad and laptop but nothing seems to work.
I fill in all the details and the security code and all I get is “processing” and a return to the input screen with my details. No confirmation or email.

I also tried to register for news by entering my email address.
Again no luck and no response.

Problem solved. I contacted Quad Service and Support. I passed on details to them. Apparently the website is in the process of being changed.
