Hello, I'm new here and would like to introduce myself, my name is Mario and while doing my research to buy a Quad 303 I found lots and lots of useful info here.
Now I have a question that I didn't find an answer to with the search function:
I was so impressed by the sound of that 303 that I was wondering if it would be possible to to bi amp my speakers with a 606 on the woofers and the 303 on the mid/highs, has anyone here ever tried this?
They'll probably have different output levels which could easily be sorted with the right attenuation on the loudest of the two?
Could be a dream come true, the sweetness and image of the 303 on the highs with the power and control of the 606 on bass, or am I imagining things too simple here?
