Qobuz Hi Res problems.

Several of my purchases have been downloads from Qobus, in various hi res formats. These play perfectly well on my Bryston music player. But, on Qobus direct to my Mytek Brookly DAC they play at 16 44. I do believe I acheived hi res before recently having to reload Windows 10.

Similarly, I never achieve hi res in Foobar.

Any explanations, advice etc. gratefully received. Thanks, Brian S

Qobuz has a driver setting on the lower right of the app. You have to chose "exclusive" to give the app the control over the PCM format going to the Mytek. And you need the Mytek driver installed, if you are in Windows...

Thanks for response. I do select from the hi res list, and select asio for DAC. It does register but play back is 16 44. Mytek driver is installed and works fine with Bryston music player.
As I said, I think, the problem has only occured since reloading Wndows 10.

I use foobar all the time.
In preferences what is the output setting you have selected?

Thanks for response. I need to reinstall foobar, computer has had to be taken back to factory setting. I suppose with the Mytek Brooklyn DAC I will be looking to set Asio.
