pre' for NAP 180

I've purchased 'misterc6"'s 180 from the classifieds and until I can save a little for a suitable NAIM pre and hi-cap are there any suggestions for a cheap but OK preamp which I can use?
I've a suitable RCA - DIN cable for connection.

I have a 180 which I use with a 32.5. I got it for £125 and they make a very satisfying combination. Can't be much cheaper than that, can it?

I used to have a 180 with a NAC 42.5 up top, superb little pre.

The 180 giving a nice power supply I felt adding a Hicap did not make much of a difference.

If you are interested I have a mint 42.5 for sensible money.

The classified thread did state that the original power supply had been removed and replaced by HackerCaps. I've lost track of all the queries I answered on this sale and have had to delete a lot of PMs due to the pressure on my inbox and the ten message limit, but I know that Neil and I discussed preamps and I'm fairly sure that I made him aware of the situation during the negotiation.
