Please do not report your listings as sold!

The formal report post function is to report spam, scams, AUP breaches, accidental threads in the wrong room etc. It is not intended for people to report they have sold something.

The classified area is a free service. It is a loss-leader. It costs me money to run and can occupy a lot of my time due to the occasional scam attempts etc. I really do not care if you have sold an item! Closing post reports takes moderation time, time you are not paying for. Please just stop doing this! I must get 30+ of these a week and even just ignoring them as I do has a time penalty.

The classified room gets mass pruned x months from last post date when it starts to look unmanageable. This is how and when threads get removed. It is a pretty random occurrence when I get round to it and it takes little time as I can remove thousands at a time.
