  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

Here I have a Pioneer Tuner for sale which was bought brand new in 1973 by my uncle (was the Rolls Royce of tuners in its day).
It has sat for the last 25 years hardly used but power up and can tune in to a good signal (using a piece of wire).
All lights work and I was surprised how nice it sounds but radio listening is not by bag!

Some pictures below showing the tuner as it currently is - not immaculate but presentable (the lighting made the end cheeks look very golden but they are not?)

Some blurb I have found about the tuner:

"An advanced professional AM/FM stereo tuner, with unique P.L.L. MPX circuit, dual-gate MOS type FETs in the FM front end, and outstanding performance.
The TX-9100 is Pioneer's finest tuner, a stereo achievement designed to significantly reduce the distance between your music listening room and broadcast stations. Offering what is certainly one of the finest FM sensitivity ratings ever built-in to a tuner, the TX-9100 is an incomparable blend of solid state circuitry and design, the most advanced unit of its kind available today at any price. "

Weighs a lot (close to 10Kg) so would prefer pickup - can post at buyers cost.
    Looking for £150

    Thanks for looking

Sounding really good - does anyone want an 'A' grade 70's tuner?
Will let it go for £50 plus P&P?
