Pioneer PL-6, not on the Pioneer list ?

You haven't a prayer of getting an original dust cover, unless I am sadly mistaken. However if you find a local signmaker they spend their time building boxes out of Perspex. Give them the dimensions, it's easy. Different colours if you want, and I estimate £20-30 for a one-off. Ask nicely and they will drill it for the hinges.

..then God has answered me, I also had a pioneer PL-120 (not 12D), also known in America as the PL-2, whose dustcover fits perfectly on the PL-6. However this doesn't help much because I need to leave the lid on the PL-120.

So that's one Pioneer TT compatible - I would imagine a lot more would be too in that case. The exact dimension of the dustcover needed is 32cm deep by 41cm wide - with hinges are 6cm in from the edges, measuring to the centre of the hinge from the edge.
