which one is Ziggy?

They are sisters that came from our local animal sanctuary. Ziggy is the stripy tabby, and rebel is black and white one with the unfathomably large floof of a tail.
Started venturing outside a couple of weeks ago, here they are with DonutNonuts keeping an eye on them in the back garden.

Ludo is happy that we've got some snow in Edinburgh!

I'm glad we didn't go up to our place in the Cairngorms this weekend though, as most of the roads into Tomintoul were closed with either snow or fallen trees and there was also a power cut from Friday night to Saturday night! Things were a bit calmer here.

Harley will often - in true Flatcoat Retriever fashion - pick something up that's lying by the front door and take it on a walk. He picked the wrong boot for our village pub though...

Every few weeks, I gather my camera kit together and give it a clean. Optics, sensors and check focus calibration on my DSLR. Since it was just Harley and myself in the house today, he was clearly p*ssed off that no one else was there to give him their undivided attention/fuss/tummy rubs etc. I am therefore on the receiving end of 'the look'.
