@vince rocker - nice ;) - I take it the previous post ('the regal') is your entry?

Great to see the range & number of entries so far; there's a bit over a day to go, for everyone else to have a go.

Right then - our Guest judge has ruled:

'This is really hard ... first I managed to shortlist it to five; but I have now chosen.
I really like the composition in Tim's 'The Regal' and he's captured it at just the right moment - the passerby almost blends into the background with the foggy weather - as if to decay with the urban landscape ( poor guy, just going for a stroll ;) )

I love the textures captured in some of the others though, and special shout-out to the cool post box on Woodthorpe Road!'

So - thanks to you all - and OM-2-girl* : and over to you @vince rocker, please, to set the next theme.

*ps: relevance: decade-old pic of Theme judge, with an OM-2, shooting to an A-level brief:

Thank you Martin and OM-2 Girl (that makes OM-2 a superpower? :)).
It wasn't really a foggy day, the small cloud is the exhaust of a car parked just out of the frame! It was however blooming freezing and the main challenge of the day was staying upright on the very icy pavements. I liked the shapes and lines in the picture, maybe a bit Wes Anderson.
OK I'll think of a theme and start a new round shortly.
