Off to a corking start, just the sort of thing I hope the theme would see in response. But of course - a theme wide open to interpretation :)

Watered the garden (what happened to April showers) then just had to get the X-E3 and XF 90 f2 out, and then, why not take advantage of this fabulous lens by doing a really extreme crop - so telephoto becomes almost macro... wet tulip petals

I found Seal cleverly disguised as a potato, whilst preparing dinner. He's let himself go, big time, since the heydays of 'Killer'!

Well thanks everyone! I got some joy from each

Honourable mention to @stevied for a proper giggle... he's never going to survive...

Pete's rug for vibrant and unexpected colour given the texture; and Jem's exquisite water drolets on tulips. I think that worked really, really well for not punching-up the levels/ contrast. Soft, and subtle.

But I've a soft spot for bees doing their thing, and exactly the kind of reason I'd love to have a garden; I'd also find joy in that. So over to you, @ian123running and thanks for beautifully lit and judged, almost fragrant image.
