All the above were with a Honor-9. Surprisingly ok camera as long as its reasonably bright. It's no DSLR of course, but it really does make little compacts like our old canon s-90 redundant.

What does that lever in between the hammers do? I've never handled a shotgun or seen one up close. Does it lock the barrel?Had a go with a lovely, not so old, Russian side by side 16 gauge this morning. I now love hammers!

Almost. The top lever unlocks the barrels. Closing the barrels locks them automatically.
