Is £430 plus postage the going rate for a Philips CD960 Classic CD Player - TDA1541 D/A?

I know some models are sought after, but my knowledge doesn't extend to knowing which models to look out for on Sony / Philips etc.

My partners father had an early Philips CD player - I've just messaged him to ask if he still has it and what model it is!

I had one for years, it’s a beautifully built machine.

Still use one. It’s on rotation along with a Philips DAC960 and CD880.
