My unimpeachable sources tell me the Telegraph is already essentially a ghost ship, with most journalists long-since ditched overboard.Perhaps the Torygraph will eventually fold.
The collapse of editorial/journalistic standards at The Telegraph since the Barclay Bros' bought it is a real tragedy imo.
It used to be an excellent source of unbiased news.
IMHO, you either used to read all of the rags, or none.
I quickly defaulted to the 'none' and was pretty well served by the Beeb.
Not sure where, if anywhere, the Truth resides now.

I've certainly found it most interesting to compare the news on BBC and SKY with that on Al Jazeera and Russia Today.... Many a time I've found genuine and important news about things going on in my own country which weren't even reported by the usual news outlets....
