  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

Pete Brown, originally a poet then later met up with Jack Bruce and become a lyricist to some of Cream's music, White Room and Sunshine of your Love being two examples. RIP.

I liked the way he was rewarded as a lyricist although it upset a certain Mr Baker. RIP Pete Brown

Big fan of his Harvet output. I particularly like the work with Battered Ornaments.

You might recognise that if you have "Elastic Rock".

    RIP

Suffolk Tony Aim low, achieve your goals, avoid disappointment.

RIP. Pete Brown's Battered Ornaments were regulars at The Toby Jug, Tolworth on Sunday nights, Chris Spedding on guitar. A couple of times the audience was so small we got invited up onto the stage with the band. He was a lovely fella…

I recognised, and really liked, that track from an old Harvest 'sampler' LP

"A Breath of Fresh Air" took me there too. :)
