I picked up a boxed pasta machine for £1 at the boot sale its a
Norpro 1049 model

I bought my parents a pasta machine 10-12 years ago because they fancied making some. Since then they have used it precisely no times, but they won't give it to me to try because they're going to get round to it.

Woks on the other hand I use regularly and I don't know anyone with a redundant one.

That's not a bad call. I've actually got a tuit mug.

When I was in France there was an administrator who never had time. "Je n' ai pas de temps!" would echo across the office. One day I bought a tin of tuna (du thon) which is a homophone for "temps" in French . I wrote a round-tuit style explanation on a card and packaged it all up and gave it to her. The joke worked, she gave a little laugh, turned to me and said "Steve, t'es bizarre des fois". (Steve, you're strange sometimes).
