[SWAP] P8+cash for P10?

Depends how much cash! I had a P3 which I played all the time, then upgraded to the P10 and have barely used it. It's great with pristine vinyl, but shows up all the flaws with my mostly battered collection. I wonder if the P8 with the same cart, or something else, would be more forgiving.
The other option is that I buy another P3 and run it beside the P10. Hmm.
For you, my understanding is that the P8 gets you 90% of the way to the P10 for considerably less cash.
