OSX Mavericks 10.9.1 Hangs on rebooot

This seems to be quite common. Mine offered the upgrade, I installed it, it hung on reboot, I power cycled, it's OK now

yeah well this one is an early 2013 15"mbpwrd, i suspect it depends on what you were running when you did the reboot.
 
Seems ok here, just rebooted again now and no issues at all. I had a bit of oddness with Mail initially where it didn't run the rules I'd set up on new mails landing in the inbox, but it seems to have sorted itself out now. I've not tested the GMail / Virgin thing that was such a disaster in 9.0 as I reconfigured all my pfm addresses to redirect to an iCloud account at that point and have just left them there.

Any new actual features with 10.9.1?
 
Working OK on late 2010 MBA here, also had new EFI and SMC firmware. They still haven't fixed mouse gestures in Finder and for some reason screen sharing to my ML Mac Mini has stopped working....
