Yes it is, the blue is a stunningly good cartridge and for me at least, nothing comes close at it's price point. I was going to mention that but I didn't want to be one of those people who suggests something over budget .

From.what I have read yes. Same with the bronze to black.

Yes it does.

The difference is slightly lower tip mass from the nude elliptical stone on the Blue as opposed to the shank mounted version on the Red, otherwise all the same.

The Bronze/Black body has fewer coil turns giving slightly lower output and lower inductance, which = a potentially more extended response.

Look out for a Blue in the classifieds, that's where I got mine for £80. I was able to sell it on at that price when I bought a Bronze.

it'd be hard to recommend a cartridge without knowing your arm and turntable/PSU combo.
