Can any D3 users tell me how to set up at 24/196 please. I'm listening to Spotify Premium only and think I'm set at 16/48.

Maybe the Fanmusic SPDIF to USB converter that is restricting it?

I think its limited to 24/96 from the usb.

Ideally you should set windows to output at the native sample rate and bit depth of the data from Spotify. At least I think so. I don't know what that is (after decompression). I have a lot of local files I play from Spotify so I set windows to output at 44.1KHz 16bit. I then dither to 24bit in my DAC.

Yes, its 320k not hi-res ,16/44 is perfectly ok.
