NJ cards.

I have a recent set of nj cards for my nac32.5 and I have recently purchased a nac72 but, I think the nj cards do not fit this pre amp ? the pin arrangements are different, am I being dim ??

I think the pin arrangement is the same but the boards are in different positions on the mother board. Its a long time since I peered into a 72 so I may be mistaken.

The pin arrangements are the same. The only difference between a 32 and 72 is the 729 filter boards replacing the 324 buffers that drive the volume and balance pots.

and you get one more pin for the 729 cards which is redundant on the 72 so it looks like you have one pin to few when you put 32 cards into a 72.

Just to confirm the cards will fit the 72, the 729 pin difference being as described, The fifth pin is the 32/32.5 specific mono blend facility that is not featured in the 72
