Lost in Translation
I will most likely move the Denon 103D to my new Kuzma Stogi S 12 VTA as it rides too low when mounted on the Ortofon Bokrand tonearm. That means I will want a cart for the Ortofon Bokrand tonearm, and I am eyeing a few Black Friday offers for a maximum of 500£.
I already got a lot of good suggestions on another thread, and obviously those carts are still in the running if I get a spacer for the Denon 103D. However, Black Friday has meant lowered prices on a select few Ortofon Quintet carts and an Ortofon SPU 1E.
There is also the possibility of trying out a Decca cartridge in the Ortofon Bokrand tonearm if I can get a good deal on a decent s/h one. I know that Decca is an acquired taste and perhaps not for me. Still ...
