Naim NDX5 not recognising USB portable drive

Had no problem with a Bluesound node 2i listing my FLACS, but when i plug in to the Naim Streamer via the front USB port it just says it initialising the input?

Any ideas? Firmware is up to date

Assuming USB on the NDX5 is enabled, the stick needs to be formatted as FAT32 and the files in the root part of the drive.
