Naim NAT-05 power supply board

Just noticed a blown internal fuse in my NAT-05. Fuse blew again on replacement, so I popped the top off, and replaced the internal fuse again, it blew again. On my infra red camera attachment on the phone, the left hand diode (closest to the edge of the board) was very hot, and theres a crack in the side of it. The caps look physically fine.

I can't work out how to attach an image to the post.

I can't afford to ship it off for repair right now. Is it likely to be just the diode, the transformer, the caps, etc. Any bodgers between Manchester and Stoke prepared to help?

Based on my experiences with other Naim kit of that era then it is probably just the diode. The NAT05 was after my time but you could quickly snip it out and just try any old 1n4007 in there (I use that value because Naim seemed to settle on that variant).
