I have been listening to the latest LP from Icarus Peel's Acid Reign and was impressed how they had channelled Hendrix’s Experience in a good way, a really good way. I could almost smell patchouli over the aroma from my morning coffee. So what gets you reaching for your paisley?

I've got to say that he comes across as a grumpy sod at gigs-I'm sure he's lovely at home and great with small furry animals. For me, at the moment, it's either the industrial psych by the likes of 10,000 Russos or motorik/kraut inspired by the likes of Follakzoid. Dinked have a special edition of Camera's new album which should be out imminently and I have high hopes for. For pure paisley it has to be Vibravoid (but he seems to be a bit grumpy too) or The See See.
