I've placed many many orders with Michael Percy over the last 10? years. He's excellent ... but occasionally you have to send him a second email saying "what about my order?"!!

Two emails and a fax over a couple of weeks or so..........I don't think i'll hear anything now.The guy at work was asking this morning if I had completed his rewire yet !

I tried to order about a month ago, serevral weeks later I got an auto reply saying that they are too busy and asking to retry the order in a few weeks/months...

Something's wrong there...

I have used Michael for, I think, about 15 years. His service and products are firsts rate. He appears to be a 'one man band', and overworked. I have recently experienced considerable delays in getting responses from him, so I am not surprised that others have found same. There should be few or no problems so long as you can live with delay; if not, best go elsewhere!
