If the Hoggs up the street, two-ton Tessie and her hubby three-ton Ted, combined their laundry and caused a power sag, would a beefier mains cable keep my highs silky, or would they get weak and screechy like a bulimic trying on kids' clothes?

The problem with debate and discussion, particularly (it seems) with regard to audio forums, is that the majority of those who post think that discussion and debate is simply about stating a contrary opinion and then doing everything possible to deride the views of those who hold a contrary view! This criticism applies to all aspects of disagreement and is not aimed specifically at the objective or subjective protagonists (both are guilty).
