Got this album a few weeks ago but still wondering what these speakers are, anyone know?

There was/is an american brand called VMPS that it looks a bit like. It's then one of there smaller models!

Back cover of "back street crawler" by Paul Kossoff - I used to think it was a Quad 33/303, but had a look tonight and not so sure (anyone know for certain?).

Yes, that’s a 33/303, just with some odd photo effects going on. Greenslade’s Spyglass Guest has a rack-mounted Quad 33 visible in the recording studio picture on the inner gatefold too.
