linnik xmax mod to A&R A60

Pardon my lack of knowledge - what is the Linnik Xmax mod - no sign of it via Google..... ????
I have a pile of A60 and I think it is not a star ground point unless you count the entire chassis as the star point.
In coming ( mains ) earth tags to the chassis s- so does the pcb itself.
Ho hum. Perhaps someone will come along with more info / opinion.

I have decided to add a short thick piece of wire to the ground connection between the two reservoir caps, and use this for my star ground. I will let you know how this works out.

Ah - now I know what its all about. Linnik is a member of this forum and you meant Xmas.......I don't read Naim postings that much.
