I’ve recently picked up a TL2 from UK and shipped back to Oz as a first foray into tubes.
The current set of 7 are all mullard and have some blackening . I also managed to crack the glass on the EF80 when removing.
Can I ask what other users are putting in theirs and where they shop from? Does brand matter? El cheapo vs expensive like Telefunken etc.
Also do valves ship ok overseas ?.. I may need to cast my net wider
Trough Line 2 Valves: 2x ECF80/6BL8, ECC84/6CW7, ECC85/6AQ8, EF80/6BX6, EM84/6FG6 indicator, EZ80 rectifier.
