Kenny G... is this guy human or a god ??????

Perhaps you misunderstand. I was suggesting that Sanborn is a pretty low bar for comparison.

Whether he is the acme of sax playing or not, I like David's output up to 'Voyeur' and find that second Kenny G album OK, even if it's not one of my 'go to' album of light 80s jazz funk.

I gave up arbitrating what's good or bad for anyone else yonks ago; I only know what works for me. If Kenny or David don't float your boat, fair enough, but if even his most schmaltzy music makes one person happy in this miserable worlds, that makes him as valid a recording artists as anyone else, even if he doesn't have the musicianship of Steve Lacy or Dave Liebman.
 
Kenny G 's self titled debut album is good enough for me and his work with the Jeff Lorber Fusion even better still. I agree with Seeker, nothing worth exploring following the second album.
