Jerfo - Silence and Self-Reflection

I'm currently listening to Silence and Self-Reflection, the 2018 debut album by Jerfo: the musical love child of Frank Zappa and Steven Wilson - at least, that's how he describes his music. And it's a fair description!

Jerfo speaks about the album in the video below, which, as it turns out was written and performed solely by himself - he's obviously a talented motherucker! And it wasn't until I watched the video that I realised that the album probably falls into the genre of contemporary prog rock.
