Hi - I read enough (too much!) last night to see that the sweet spot at every level - III, II, I - is around the middle of their weight bearing range. I'm not going for the III in that case and will plump for the II.

If this is a genuine question, then I feel obligated to point out that unless @Somafunk's sub is kept at the exact same height for both measurements any measured FR differences would include those caused by the change in distance from the floor.
However, I suspect you were asking a rhetorical one and you already know that there would be no difference in the measured FR. There wasn't when I installed OREA pucks under my loudspeakers, yet the difference in clarity and dynamic attack was obvious even to my non-audiophile parents.
