Exactly.
The classic example is the 'when Steve met James' to enjoy some ATCs thread.
Years or forum angst replaced by sweetness and light when face to face, having a beer and a chat.

I'm particularly upset by this new union since I'll miss the entertaining forum spats

on a positive note, long distance relationship most often end badly.

If I had been a drug addict as opposed to an audio addict (and I proudly believe I am) I would probably be richer now! And the only part of my body that has probably suffered irreparable damage is my ears.
