Greetings
I was wondering if anyone could help in recommending a setting of svs sb3000 sub to integrate with my harbeth Super HL5 Plus - 40th Anniversary Edition
my set up is
1- avid integra amp
2- chord mojo dac
3- svs sb3000 sub
I know many would recommend using calibration mic and dsp, or to do it myself, which i did, but would like to know if anyone could recommend a good starting point to compare with my dialed in settings
this is my setting
volume on svs sb3000= -15db
lowpass= 58 hz
phase= 175
polarity= positive
Speakers are 40 cm from the front wall, I sit about 3 meters away from the speakers, my head is bout 50 cm from the back wall
I placed the sub next to the left speakers
My room is a big rectangle 15 m* 4m
my system is setup to left side of the room, as that is where tv and couch is so the right speakers has over 11 meters from its next side wall , while the left speakers has about 1.5 meter from the left side of the wall
