Integrated with pre-out and speaker bypass, or pre with 2 outs

Hi, looking for recommendations for one or other of the above, second hand ideally, maximum of a grand. It's for a system running both active speakers and passive speakers, non-simultaneously. I've tried switch boxes and so on but it's a faff, messy, prone to ground loops. Passive speakers are Spendor S3/5R2.
