Hi Guys
a little help if you could..

i use my HiFace2 with my MacBook and all is well, however i have a Netbook running XP sat idle and thought i would connect it leave connected on Spotify duties connected to my Dac, i have downloaded the correct drivers (I have checked) and in the Netbook control panel changed the sound setting on Audio output and Voice to use the HiFace rather than Netbook speakers.

However when i start spotify it plays through th enetbooks speakers and not through the HiFace (Macbook works fine), what am i missing/doing wrong?

try rebooting spotify? (i appreciate your posts suggests you're actually opening it) failing that, i can't be of further assistance.

There will have been an 'output settings' control menu in Spotify and the Hiface needs to be selected in that as well as the OS.

I just uninstalled the drivers then reinstalled them and hey presto.
