It has just happened to me. A lovely preamp from Hypex destroyed and not working on arrival due to idiotically-inadequate packaging.
What are these people on? Why send delicate electrical equipment in the post loose inside a flimsy Amazon box only fit for a couple of paperbacks, wrapped in one thin sheet of bubble wrap that only goes once round? You surely would know that it's going to get broken...[/rant]
